Autocrash has invested in the latest computerised low-bake spray oven.
We have our own paint mixing facilities and use products from one of
the worlds leading paint manufacturers PPG giving a first class paint
finish.
There is also a car-o-liner universal collision repair system for
repairing heavily damaged vehicles to exact manufacturers' measuring
specifications. Minor damaged vehicles are repaired using either the
RO-BO (Rotary Body Repair System) or one of the two latest Car-o-Speed
repair systems, where all body alignment measurements are checked using
the Autoliner laser measuring system. In addition, the company is currently
the only operator of the Miracle panel repair system, enabling the
fast and efficient repair of many body panels that would normally have
to be replaced using conventional methods, therefore saving the customer
the cost of new panels. This system can be used on over 75 per cent
of accident-damaged repairs coming through the workshop.
Auto Crash also have full mig, spot and gas welding equipment, including
the latest Car-o-Liner spot welder need to cope with the high tensile
steels used in modern cars today. Also Stork Dry Sanding Systems in use.
A member of the Vehicle Builders & Repairers Association and approved
by all leading insurance companies. Autocrash also holds approval to
carry out body repair work from Eurocars on Citroen and Peugeot products,
and from Kingswood Honda for Honda products. Noted for their competitive
