The Car-O-Liner universal collision repair system is used for repairing heavily damaged vehicles to manufacturers’ measuring specifications. Minor damaged vehicles are repaired using the Ro-Ro (Rotary Body Repair System) or one of the 2 latest Car-O-Liner speed benches, where all body alignment measurements are checked using the Autoliner Laser Measuring System.

In addition we are currently the only Island based Company to use the Miracle Panel Repair System enabling the fast and efficient repair of many body panels that by conventional methods would have to be renewed, saving the Customer the cost of new panels.

Autocrash also have full mig, spot and gas welding equipment, including the latest Car-o-liner spot welder and mig brazing needed to cope with the high tensile steels used in modern cars today. We also have plastic welding facilities enabling the repair of motorcycle farings and plastic bumpers etc.
